Born into a construction family, Ray built his first home in 1977 at age 20. A talented craftsman and respected leader, Ray served as project manager for CC Myers, Inc., a nationally-revered general contractor known for completing complex and high-profile multi-million dollar public works projects such as freeways, bridges and interchanges ahead of schedule and under budget. Over two decades, Ray was responsible for overseeing up to 95 subcontractors on projects with intense structural and engineering challenges, where precision and accuracy were key. Ray's high level of structural expertise combined with innovative creativity fuels his passion for homebuilding and he enjoys being hands-on and on site on every job.

Sherine brings a depth of creative, administrative and organizational expertise to the Lee Construction team. Her management experience includes 11 years managing a doctor's office, followed by 10 years in higher education administration. She was responsible for building a Sacramento college campus from the ground up, managing everything from site selection to construction to staff hiring and training. Sherine uses her wealth of organizational experience to personally handle bookkeeping, scheduling and budget management duties for each and every home Lee Construction builds. An interior design consultant, Sherine also has a natural talent for using color, texture, form and function and uses her creativity to ensure stunningly beautiful residential interiors and curb appeal in every Lee Construction-built home.

Our son, Travis Lee, has worked in construction since 1998, building homes and public work establishments.  While fine tuning his own trade skills, he has been involved in every facet of construction, from foundation and electrical to roofs and painting, and knows each phase of home building from the inside out.  Since 2007, Travis has served as project superintendent providing day-to-day supervision and direction to Lee Construction’s trusted team of subcontractors.

Our daughter Jessica holds an early education teaching degree and has over 10 years experience in education, retail customer service and administration.  Highly organized and customer service-oriented, Jessica serves as assistant bookkeeper and administrative assistant for the family business.
